Tiles laid in straight courses with even overlaps, finished with ridge, hip and three-way junction tiles.
Under-roof ceiling tiles
Ceiling tiles fixed under the roof for a neat, finished ceiling inside the house.
Rain gutters
Gutters and downpipes fixed with the right slope, so monsoon water drains away from walls instead of standing.
Waterproofing
Roof and terrace waterproofing to stop leaks and seepage.
Tuckwood and fascia
Fascia and tuckwood along the roof edge for a clean finish and protection from rain.

We look at your site, measure the roof and listen to what you need.
Written quotation
Clear per-square-foot rates, with GST shown separately. Valid for 15 days.
Agreement
A simple written agreement in English and Malayalam. Work starts after it is signed.
Stage-by-stage building
We send photos of the structure, the angles, each primer and paint coat, and the tiles. You approve each one before we move on.
Water test and handover
We clear the site and test the roof with water in front of you.
12-month warranty
Leaks, loose welds or displaced tiles from our workmanship are fixed free within 7 days.

Questions people ask
How long does a roof take?
It depends on the roof size, rain and when materials arrive. The quotation gives you an estimate in working days, and we tell you right away if anything changes it.
Do you supply the materials?
Both ways work. You can buy the materials and hire us for labour only, or we can supply and fix everything.
Do you work outside Kozhikode?
Yes, across Kerala and in Tamil Nadu. Travel and stay for our crew are included within 150 km of Kozhikode.
Is GST included in your rates?
Rates are quoted without GST. Where GST applies, it is shown separately on the invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
Leaks, loose welds and displaced tiles caused by our workmanship, for 12 months from handover.
How do I pay?
In stages, as each part is finished and checked by you. Every payment gets a signed receipt.
